往事随风-学术前辈陈教授
前段时间看到新闻说，我国营养学泰斗陈学存教授逝世，享年105岁。看到新闻有所震惊，陈教授是我在30多年前上研究生时熟悉的前辈，亦是我的校友。他毕业的国立中正医学院，是我所上大学的前身，记得我们上大学学习用的Ⅹ光片，就有许多标示中正医学院的。陈教授是我知道的学术界少有的学识渊博，淡泊名利，善良正直的老好人，他105岁过世，也验证了那句话，好人长寿。
我上研究生的三年，第一年是基础课，第二年才进研究所里跟导师做研究。刚去所里时，导师带着我去有关科室拜码头，认个面熟。陈教授是我们邻居，导师自然就带我去认识一下。陈教授的"办公室"是在一大实验室内的一角三面用书架隔出来的，真的很简陋，走进去，四面除了书(资料)还是书(资料)，而且这些书和资料中，有很多是英文的。那时的预防医学科学院(现叫做疾病预防控制中心CDC)成立不久，每个所都很拥挤，但陈教授时过70岁，德高望重，是所里仅有的两名博士生导师，还在那么简陋的地方办公确实超出了我的认知。从那以后，我们就算认识了，但所有交往也仅限于在走道上见面点个头，打个招呼。
后来，我得知陈教授虽没有在国外留过学，但英文读，写及口语极棒，改革开放后，是所里跟海外合作最多的教授，他当时有好几个项目是跟欧美同行合作的。他在国际上也有一定知名度，他是中国营养缺乏病防治先驱，曾参与了克山病的研究，填补了国际上硒研究的空白，课题组荣获过国际生物无机化学协会1984年度Schwarz奖。我在上研究生最后一年想出国学习或工作，需要找有名望的教授写推荐信。找谁写呢？我自然想到了陈教授。有次在走道上碰到他，斗胆将我的情况跟他简介了一下，告诉他我现在在申请出国学习和工作，很希望他能给我写推荐信，他听了很高兴，说年轻人就应该走出去，他很乐意给我写推荐信，他甚至说可以把他列为我简历里的推荐人(reference)。我听了很高兴，陈教授真的象传说中一点架子都没有的老好人。几天后我就直接去找他了，他说那两天忙，再过两天他会写好推荐信。又过两天下班时，我去他办公室，见他戴着老花镜在一台老式的英文打字机上一字一字地敲着，见我进来，就说，助理下班了，我正在给你写推荐信，完成了一半，明天一早就可以给你了。第二天我如愿拿到了那封推荐信。
三十多年过去了，我上研究生时许多事记忆都模糊了，但陈老教授下班后给我敲打推荐信的身影仍刻在我的脑海里。
斯人已逝，风范永存！

I am very satisfied. The seller replied to all of my questions because I was so worried my package would come in late before my trip to Virginia. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. The only thing is that there’s some access tuber on the slides but they are not a big of a deal u can just rip it out with ur hands or use a nail file/ file to remove it. Love this bag! I’d say the only bad thing was the chain. The color was a little more yellow than the real one and also the feel of the chain was pretty light compared to the real one that has a little weight to it. You can’t really tell unless you know but it’s definitely a great purse
